We ask about access on the phone rather than discovering it on arrival with a two-hundred-pound door already off its hinges: the width of the opening, whether the appliance sits on rails or on feet, how many steps there are from the street, and whether the counter has a circuit of its own.

Cabinet openings are frequently narrower than a modern professional range, and there is often no dedicated 20-amp circuit at the counter. That is fitting and electrical work, and we will tell you when the fix is not a part.
