Labor ### 90 days From the invoice date. If the fault we repaired comes back inside the term, the return visit is ours. Parts ### 365 days Genuine OEM parts only. A full year on anything we fit, and the labor to swap it if it fails. Before that ### $129 Flat $129 diagnostic. It is credited toward the repair if you approve the work. You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any tool comes out. The line either side ## Covered, and not covered ### Covered - The specific fault we diagnosed and repaired, for the full term. - The part we fitted, for a year, including the labor to fit its replacement. - A repeat of the same symptom from the same cause, at no further charge. - Workmanship: anything we disturbed getting to the fault and putting it back. ### Not covered - A different fault in the same appliance. It is a new diagnosis and a new call. - Damage from misuse, an overloaded circuit, or an unrelated failure in the house. - A part supplied by somebody else, or a repair somebody else attempted first. - Consumables and finishes: filters, bulbs, gaskets worn by normal use, cosmetic marks. How to claim ## Three steps, no forms - Call the shop and read us the invoice number. It carries the model number and the part we fitted, so we already know what went in. - Describe what it is doing now. If it is the same symptom as before, the visit is booked as a warranty return and there is no diagnostic fee. - If it turns out to be a different fault, we tell you that on site before any tool comes out, and you decide whether to go ahead at the normal terms.
