# Terms

The rules we work under, in the order they come up.

The terms the work is carried out under.

## Diagnostic

Flat $129 diagnostic. It is credited toward the repair if you approve the work.

## Estimates

You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any tool comes out. If you decline the repair, you owe the diagnostic fee and nothing
else.

## Warranty

90 days on labor and 365 days on parts from the date of the invoice.
Genuine OEM parts only. The warranty covers the specific repair performed. It does not
cover a different fault in the same appliance, damage from misuse, or damage from an
unrelated failure elsewhere in the house.

## Access and safety

Heavy built-in equipment has to be pulled to be worked on. Where flooring, cabinetry or an
undersized opening makes that unsafe, we will stop and say so rather than force it.

## Independence

Foundry Line Appliance is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Viking or its parent company. All brand names and model numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the appliances we service.

Viking is a trademark of Viking Range, LLC, a Composition Brands company. Use of the name here is nominative only.

## Scope

We accept work on Viking appliances only. We do not service, quote or advise
on any other manufacturer's equipment.
