What this site collects, which is very little.

## What this site collects

Nothing automatically. This site is static, self-hosts its fonts, and makes no request to
any third party. There are no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics.

## What you give us

When you call, you give us your name, a contact number, an address to reach the
appliance, a model number and a description of the fault. We use those to schedule and
perform the repair, and to keep a service history for the warranty period.

## What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We share them only with a parts supplier when
a specific order requires it, and only the details that order requires.

## How long we keep it

Service records are kept for the length of the parts warranty and a reasonable period
after, so that a repeat fault can be traced. Ask and we will delete what we are not
required to keep.
